3. Client Responsibilities

As a client receiving IT solutions from CodexUG, you agree to:

Provide accurate project requirements and essential background data.
Maintain the confidentiality of any administrative dashboards or system credentials provided to you.
Utilize the deployed solutions in compliance with local and international cyber laws.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a formal project contract, CodexUG retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying codebase, architecture designs, and proprietary systems deployed. Upon full contract settlement, a restricted use license or full intellectual property transfer may be enacted per localized service agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

CodexUG endeavors to build highly reliable, error-free systems. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential IT network failures, data losses, or business interruptions that arise post-deployment due to external malicious actors or third-party infrastructure failures.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws surrounding digital IT commerce in our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the corresponding and agreed upon legal venue.
